PK-X (PK stands for ParKour, and the X stands for cross-training). We offer a challenging 20-30 minute circuit of body-weight exercises that incorporate parkour movements to awaken the inner monkey child inside all of us. Followed by the basic skills and techniques of parkour…. the art of movement.
